Terms of Service
1. The service
Edited Hours edits video from footage you supply. We offer two packages, priced per video: Full Edit and Clean Cut. Each video covers up to 90 minutes of raw footage. What each package includes, its turnaround and its revision rounds are listed on our pricing section and confirmed when you book.
2. Payment
Each video is invoiced individually once the edit is delivered. There is no subscription and no minimum commitment. Monthly rates for regular work are agreed separately in writing.
3. Full Edit guarantee
If you wouldn't post a Full Edit video we deliver, tell us within seven days of delivery and you don't pay for that video. Clean Cut videos are not covered by the guarantee.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the footage you send us and to the finished videos. You confirm you have the rights to any material you provide. We may show finished videos that are already public on your channel in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
